Making the switch to the app is a breeze:

1. Create a new in-app account with your email.
2. Add your phone number and vehicle details.
3. We'll locate your existing membership using this info.
4. Confirm that we've found your membership and start washing!

Already have an account but haven’t transfer your membership to be used through the app? Tap the three dots in the bottom right corner, choose "Migrate My Plan to the App," and follow the steps to look up and migrate your existing account.

2. Hit "Add New."
3. Enter your Vehicle Details.
4. Select a Membership Plan or Skip For Now.

1. Tap the Garage Button along the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the vehicle for the license plate update.
3. Tap the pencil icon in the upper right corner.
4. Hit "Update Vehicle."

Note: You can change your license plate once every 30 days. For more changes within this period, reach out to our Customer Support team at

1. Tap on the Garage Button along the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the vehicle for plan modification.
3. Tap the pencil icon in the upper right corner.
4. Next to "Active Plan," hit "Modify."
5. Choose your new plan.

Note: Upgrades take effect immediately, with a pro-rated charge for the higher-level membership. Downgrades apply at the billing period's end, with continued access until then.

2. Select the vehicle for plan modification.
3. Tap the pencil icon in the upper right corner.
4. Select Cancel next to your existing membership profile

1. Tap More (…) in the lower right-hand corner of the home screen.
2. Then select Account Settings
3. Select Manage Payment Methods
4. Then Add Payment Method, to enter your new card details. You can now speed up the process by taking a picture of your card. Just press Scan Card. Tap the Save icon when you’re finished.
