Damage claims:

All claims must be reported at the time of occurrence on site. The manager on duty will follow up with you within 48 hours to inform you that the claim has been approved/denied. If approved, an official estimate is required with 48 hours of approval (if damages exceed $1000, 2 estimates are needed) to the manager on duty. Payment will then be received within 14 business days.
