Yes! The Whistle Express Mobile app allows you to easily find any of our locations and redeem a single wash purchase or your unlimited membership plan on your visits. 

Of course! The app makes membership management a breeze. If you initially signed up via the app or on-site with an attendant on our tablets, just head to your Garage and select a vehicle with an active plan to change your package type or cancel your membership renewal.

If you have a membership not associated with the app, please reference the following steps to migrate your plan and allow yourself to control your plan!

• Download the app and create an account with the most current contact information
• Look for the 3 Dots at the bottom of the APP. Then click on "Migrate My Plan to the APP"
• Locate your account using the RFID Number (the sticker on your windshield) or License Plate
• Enter your billing details. Our APP requires everyone to re-enter their billing information.

Adding additional vehicles to your app is super easy. Not to mention that each additional membership is only $20 per month!*

To add a new vehicle:

1. Tap on the Garage Button along the bottom of the screen.
2. Hit "Add New."
3. Enter your Vehicle Details.
4. Select a Membership Plan or Skip For Now.

*Up to five unique vehicles per household

1. Tap on the Garage Button along the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the vehicle for plan modification.
3. Tap the pencil icon in the upper right corner.
4. Next to "Active Plan," hit "Modify."
5. Choose your new plan.

Note: Upgrades take effect immediately, with a pro-rated charge for the higher-level membership. Downgrades apply at the billing period's end, with continued access until then.
