Membership / Billing / Account Management
A: Your current Take 5 membership will transfer to Whistle to ensure you continue to receive the equivalent wash tier you’re expecting at the same price you’re already paying. Any memberships that are cancelled or lapsed between renewals will need to sign up at the current Whistle monthly plan pricing.
A: Yes, it does! By January 2026, all twenty Take 5 Car Wash locations in Colorado will become the Whistle Express Car wash brand with various tunnel and facility upgrades. You are welcome, and encouraged, to wash at any location you come across in your travels!
A: To make changes to your membership, including switching to a different package level or cancelling, please see an attendant on-site or submit a ticket here at least seven (7) full days before your next scheduled renewal.
A: As long as your membership stays active without any renewal lapses, you get to keep your Take 5-priced membership while enjoying the upgraded experience of Whistle! The only difference you can expect is the name you see on your card statement each month.
A: Yes, your current RFID tag connected to your membership will still work and you can continue to visit the site and wash as normal.

A: Whistle Express offers similar but upgraded wash options, including Graphene on the best wash!
A: Ceramic Shield and Graphene both provide added protection for your vehicle, but they work in different ways. Ceramic Shield is designed to improve appearance by adding gloss and helping water bead and rinse away more easily, leaving your car looking smoother and shinier after each wash. Graphene focuses more on durability and performance, helping strengthen the surface, resist heat and sun exposure, and repel dirt and water over time. When combined, Ceramic Shield enhances how your car looks, while Graphene helps it stay protected longer between washes.
A: Family Plans at Whistle Express will soon be available and will be a 25% discount for each additional car (up to 5 vehicles) on all four of the wash membership plans.
A: Discounted Military Memberships at Whistle Express will be available soon. These memberships will be 15% off for active military members and veterans with a valid ID. You'll just need to bring your ID and vehicle that you are signing up for a membership to any of our locations and ask an attendant for assistance!
Take 5 App
A: Yes, for now, the Take 5 app is still available as we make the transition to Whistle Express. Once your location has fully transitioned to Whistle Express, you’ll hear more about the New Whistle Express app.
